Performer Agreement
A binding agreement between performers/studios and our streaming partner, governing access to their platform for generating revenue through live performances.
Revenue & payments
Performers set their own pricing (subject to platform minimums) and receive a percentage of live chat sales via check, wire transfer, or Paxum.
Prohibited activities
Strictly forbidden are prostitution, sex trafficking, exchanging personal contact information with users, discussing off-platform transactions, and promoting non-partner websites.
Independent contractor status
Performers must maintain their own business license, pay taxes, and handle all legal compliance. They receive no employee benefits, workers' compensation, or tax withholdings from the platform.
Content rights
All uploaded content becomes the platform's property. The company gains perpetual rights to use performers' names, images, and likenesses for marketing and promotion.
Performance requirements
- Age verification (18+, 19+ in Canada)
- No below-waist nudity in free chat
- No obscene content or depictions involving minors
- No alcohol or illegal drugs while performing
- No animals or firearms on camera
- No fraudulent activity
Termination
The platform may cancel accounts at its sole discretion for any reason, including breach of this agreement or reputation damage.
Liability limitations
The platform provides services “as-is” with no warranties and limits liability to amounts paid to the performer.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by Washington State law; disputes are resolved in Washington courts.
